give your clothes a second chance
Is your wardrobe filled with quality items that you no longer need or wear?
Consider donating to your local Vinnies shop during business hours. We’re always on the lookout for clothing or accessories that are in good condition to stock in our shops. When considering whether something can be donated, our rule of thumb is if you’d give it to a mate, then it’s ok to donate to Vinnies.
Your best could make a difference for good! Donating your pre-loved items to Vinnies means that you’ll be supporting Australians doing it tough, reduce the amount of waste going to landfill, and lessen the environmental impacts of the fashion industry by giving pre-loved garments a new life.
We need your best
Everyone has something in their wardrobe that they don’t need anymore.
- A pair of shoes could provide someone with a food hamper
- your unworn coat could go towards the cost of running short term accommodation for a woman escaping violence
- your jeans that don’t quite fit anymore could help pay someone’s rent for a month
We love your quality donations
When considering whether something can be donated to Vinnies, our rule of thumb is if you’d give it to a mate, then it’s ok to donate!
When donating, please ensure items are:
- Clean
- Undamaged
- Good quality
- Lightly worn (or unworn)
